This post has been moved to our junk forum  because dalek refused to address the issues raised by Bill specifically and the thread in general.  Instead he substituted a  rave  about the US having used the issue of wmd's as an excuse for launching the war.  There was not even a tenuous link to the topic of the thread.  He tried to make it relevant with a short aside  about  Colin Powell being  black and therefore able to get away with  acting  (or being ) dumb due to affirmative action. This was low and pathetic, to put it mildly.

dalek, cyberman, steve - see my warning to you all here.  This policy will be enforced.  If you want to write rubbish, set up your own website.

Bill, Both Condilissa Condoleezza  Rice and Colin Powell are on the public record as suporting "Affirmative Action".

See  for a 2003 report on their positions

Thanks for that link. You are correct and I was wrong about that particular point.

However, your linkage of affirmative action to Colin Powell's WMD speech is pure stream of consciousness speculation.
